Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available across India. No advance payment needed — pay when your order arrives at your door.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 5–7 working days. Metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Ahmedabad typically receive orders in 3–5 days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this link to check your delivery status anytime.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. WhatsApp us at +91 92657 76331 with your order number to start the process.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We're sorry if that happens. WhatsApp us with a photo of the product and your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no extra cost to you. In this case, we also cover the return shipping.

How is the refund processed?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. For COD orders, the refund is transferred directly to your bank account — we'll ask for your account details when you raise the request.
